Responsible for manpower recruitment for the company from preparing recruitment advertisement and sourcing employee from different Placement consultant to final selection.
Educational Qualification:
Post Graduation in HR Stream / Post Graduation Diploma in Management (HR)
Manpower planning, Performance Appraisal, Training,
Formulation and Implementation of HR policies,
Proficiency in English with good communication skill.
Computer literacy is a must
Willingness to work for long hours.
Basic Salary: MRF 9000/-
Food Money: MRF 1,000/-
