Assistant Reservations Manager
.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
1. Lead a team of energetic Reservations colleagues who will handle all reservation inquiries, booking requests and processing of reservations in accordance to Jumeirah corporate standards.
2. Be able to maximize occupancy levels and a proactive approach to achieving set company targets and forecasts.
3. Communicate with travel agents and other industry partners with regards to the latest promotions.
Qualifications
* Front Office / Reservations background with a minimum of 4 – 5 years experience in a similar capacity in a 5-star luxury hotel/resort property.
* Previous knowledge in Opera is a must.
* Proficient in oral and written English and knowledge of another foreign language will be an advantage.
