We are seeking an experienced and committed Outlet Chef to oversee our Over Water Grill.
You must have extensive experience on a grill and sauce section and the ability to cook steaks and seafood at a fast pace, while delivering a quality end product.

The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing a la carte meals for our exclusive clientele staying in our Private Reserve Water Villa.
You must be innovative, have the ability to work under pressure and strong interpersonal skills.
COMMIS CHEF (Staff Restaurant)
We are seeking a self motivated individual who has had previous experience working in a multi culture environment to join our Staff Restaurant Team.
You will be involved in all aspects of the kitchen operation. If you have the ability to cook Indian cuisine from the North and South region it is an advantage.
